We require a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your date, with the remainder due prior to the stage being completed. Our payment methods include Bank transfer, credit/debit card (surcharge applies), or we can refer you to List Now, who offer flexible payment solutions for real estate marketing costs.

If your home doesn’t sell within the initial staging period, we offer flexible options to extend the staging agreement on a week-to-week basis or for an additional period. We’ll work with you to ensure your home continues to be presented at its best until it sells. If needed, we can also discuss adjusting the staging to better meet market demands or buyer feedback. Our goal is to support you through the entire selling process, ensuring your home remains market-ready.
